Exercise should already be a part of your everyday lifestyle. If it’s not, why not? There is no excuse not to get out and enjoy keeping fit! Exercise not only makes you feel good but there is a wide range of health benefits that go with it. In fact, I can’t think of any negative reasons or excuses as to why you shouldn’t exercise! It has been recommended that we include 20 mins of exercise as part of our daily routine, this could be walking the dog around the block, going for a swim, to the gym or taking part in a group fitness class. Get moving, keep fit and enjoy life!

Tabata workouts, using the 20 second work, 10 second rest interval method, repeated for 8 rounds each. Classes can vary between cardio, and weight based exercises, testing both your muscular and cardio endurance in one workout.
THT Tone Class – this class will directly focus on your TUMMY, HIPS and THIGHS, giving you a full lower body workout every time
MetaFit and MetaPWR is a 30 minute time efficient class that lasts 24 hours… delivers results FAST! Using your own Body Weight to Train. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Superset training is when one set of an exercise is performed directly after a set of a different exercise without rest between them.
Metcon is a 10 minute circuit consists of 10 distinct exercises, each of which is done at a high intensity for one minute with no break in between. The entire circuit is repeated a total of 3 times with one minute rest in between sets.
Don your gloves and be prepared to sweat in this medium to high intensity class where you will learn combinations and burn hundreds of calories in the process.
