About This Lesson

eRupt is a specifically designed Sculpt Workout choreographed by HayLee. eRupt uses basic arm weighted arm moves fused together with leg moves to Tone, sculpt and lengthen your body giving you an all over body work out from your shoulders to feet. You’ll kick start that Fat burn which will last for hrs after the workout ends!
