VYPA® is a hardcore, high intensity interval training workout aimed at lowering your body fat, improving your Cardiovascular health and sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Plyometrics and Sport Specific Training.
