I would 100% recommend RST Fitness to anyone looking at joining a gym. The dynamic yet comfortable environment makes RST Fitness a great place to train regardless of your age group or fitness level. All staff are supportive, highly motivating and always around to help.

I was a smoker for a long time, when I finally gave up was when I put the weight on which lead me to feeling sorry for myself and depressed. Finally I had enough and said to myself: “get your arse off the lounge and find a gym” I stumbled on to RST (first known as Contours and then Mt Annan Women’s Gym) walked in and said HELP. I did a 6 week challenge and lost 4 kilos and 23cm and even started to run (at this time with a nicotine patch on my arm).
Over the 3 years my fitness has increased 10 fold and my knowledge of nutrition is that I will never get back to that stage in my life again. I love the atmosphere of the RST it is relaxed and friendly, I love that the trainers are always helping me to achieve my goals and to push me when I need pushing.
Since RST have taken over I have challenged myself even further and learning to increase my weights. The classes are always challenging and interesting, which is what I need as I was starting to get complacent thanks to Nicole and the RST trainers I will never be complacent again. Nicole listens to her members and is always changing and modifying the classes to ensure we are all challenged.
My goal is to continue my fitness and nutrition to maintain the weight I am now happy with, and thanks to RST I know they will keep me on track.
Don’t think you can’t do it because you can do anything you set your mind to. Go for it and enjoy the journey with Nicole and the team at RST.

I've been training with Nicole for 3 years, and she has been one of the most positive influences in my life. Her enthusiasm is infectious! Her passion for helping her clients reach their goals is evident in the time she gives to each of us.
Now in her gym, we get her support, encouragement and a whole lot more!
The gym space is great for first-timers and regulars alike. And now we have the added benefit of more trainers for support and guidance, who push us to be our best.
I cannot recommend Nicole and her team highly enough!

I joined RST (formally Mt Annan Women's Gym) in October 2015 to help get the weight off and feel fitter and better about myself. It was a rocky start with me straining a calf muscle in the first 1/2 hour. All thoughts went through my head.......should I continue, should I quit because it was hard work......can I actually do this without getting injured every time.
I chose to continue. I was managing my diet with Lite n Easy so needed some help with the exercise. The weight started to come off and I was noticing a change in my shape. I started doing classes which I was scared to do as I didn't think I could keep up with the other ladies who were regular class attendees.
Then in July 2016 Nicole took over the gym......changes were slowly implemented. We started working harder......pushed to do our best, given super advice on nutrition and body transformations. New trainers were introduced who are amazing. I now do 2 classes a week with a circuit session on a Friday. My gym time is my girl time and I have met many new friends who are there for the same reason as me.
Overall RST is a great gym with the friendliest staff (who are not afraid to push us to our limits) and I'll be staying as a member for many years to come.

After giving up smoking I had managed to put on an extra 10 kilos and needless to say I wasn't feeling good about myself. My daughter in law told me she was joining the gym down the road, at the time it was called Mt Annan Womens Gym. So I checked it out and was super excited to be stepping out of my comfort zone and give it a go.
While the gym was a great place to be then, after Nicole bought the gym the energy level and atmosphere of this place just exploded. The challenges the trainers give us are wonderful and hard but there is so much support from everyone here at Ready Set Toned that it makes all the aches and pain so worthwhile. It really is a beautiful community spirit here and while I haven't completed my journey my blood pressure is under control.
I am fitter than when I was forty and I have learnt to truly believe that I am worth it.

Nicole Butler is a totally mean bully who enjoys torturing people! She has been known to make me wear a 10kg weight vest during an entire Bootcamp session, and then just today I did a Metcon class wearing resistance bands around my legs!! ??
But seriously Nicole has totally changed my life in the last 4 years or so that I have known her!! She is the most supportive & motivating person I have ever met. I'm not always great with my nutrition but she doesn't judge, just continues to push me to my limits in all training sessions. She also encouraged me to compete in my first City2Surf, which is something I never thought I could do!
RST is a lovely little gym with amazing trainers, that make us feel totally comfortable there.
I am now fitter and have more energy than I have ever had before.

Since joining Ready Set Toned I have been working towards my fitness goals. Nicole and all the Personal Trainers at the gym push you to the point that you feel like your going to break, but that'st thats what I love!!
Without that butt whooping it wouldnt get me anywhere. I love the atmosphere in the gym no body judges you and your always welcomed with smiling faces I wouldnt go anywhere else, Nicole and all the trainers at Ready Set Toned are awesome

After training with Ready Set Toned for about two years there is no doubt Nicole has helped improve my physical and mental health. I can honestly say I now have a healthier relationship with myself, food and my body. I love Nicole's 'no bullshit smile' that she flashes me when I am in pain during a PT, she never lets me quit.
Her style of training has empowered me with a no quit mindset and an endless amount of knowledge that enables me to set new goals.

I joined the gym back in April last year. I have lost 9 kilos and feeling better and healthier everyday. What you find makes this gym more enjoyable to got to are the lovely ladies who consider us all friends than clients. Happy to give advice when needed. We can have a joke and laugh but also serious when we need to be. I have made new friends and the happy environment makes it a great place to lose weight and have fun too.

I joined the gym in September last year. After my first class I was ready to sign up for a membership! I love how friendly and welcoming Nicole and her team are, as well as all the other members who currently attend!
I have really seen a massive change in my overall fitness and look forward to each and every class I attend. Great timetable with morning classes as early as 6am which is perfect for me so I can fit in a gym session before my work commute.
Child-friendly premises, perfect for the moments I've had to pop in with my daughter of an afternoon. Love that there's a kids corner 🙂
Over the years I have attended many gyms and fitness classes and this is the first time I have found a gym I wanted to sign up to and continue attending. Overall a lovely bunch of woman

I joined this gym in 2007 when it was Contours.I have seen many changes over the years. New owners, change of name, trainers coming and going.
2016 another change with Nicole Butler taking over, Nicole and her team of super trainers have brought a new level of energy with them. All are friendly, supportive and encouraging. Not to mention hard and will push you to get the best from you. The classes are varied, fun and challenging. I find that I am now challenging myself more and have come out of my comfort zone. Not only are Nicole, Bec, Emily and Heather great, the level of friendliness from the other members is awesome. I look forward to many more years at RST.

Can't wait to be training with you again.... You're the best, truly. It's not just the physical aspect of what you do it's the encouragement, support, flexibility and warmth that makes training with you sooooo much better than any gym!
You can see from the variation of your sessions that you put a lot of passion and planning into what you do and it pays off cause your sessions are awesome (sometimes painful) but bloody fun just the same!

It has been years since I exercised. As I was approaching 40 I was not happy with my weight or level of fitness. I realised I had to stop blaming my 3 pregnancies and do something! So, I joined Ready Set Toned and it has been the best decision I've made!
Nicole took time to explain things to me, demonstrate and adjust the exercises to suit my fitness level. It's been nearly 6 weeks and already I'm feeling so much better about my fitness and where my body is headed!
I cannot praise Ready Set Toned enough! I recommend it to all fitness levels!

I have been seeing Nicole for a few months now and find her motivating and inspirational. She will keep pushing you to do your best and I find her private and group classes both hard and fun! I like how she always has something different for me to do so I never get bored with the same thing!
I have had a few issues with foot injuries but Nicole is always able to work around the problem and provide suitable exercises. Thanks Nicole - you rock!!

I've been a member of Ready Set Toned for 5 months now, and I have been hooked ever since my first session! I find myself scheduling my days and evenings around the timetable and look forward to the challenges that the sessions offer.
The atmosphere, the clients and the trainers are nothing but encouraging, fun and friendly. Nicole herself brings lots of excitement, enthusiasm and variety to all of her sessions. She has a wealth of knowledge and goes the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. Today was a telling moment for my wife when she saw the difference in her progression photos. I saw excitement and joy in her eyes and a sense of pride of what she has achieved to date. I feel her motivation is now greater than ever. Thank you is a word used so freely and easily these days without much substance. I say thank you to you with a sense of gratitude for what you have done for us both. You are truly good at your job and also a lovely person which makes turning up every week very easy.
