What made you get into fitness:

I’ve always been a sporty person, starting netball at 5 years old. I never really got into fitness until I’d injured myself pretty bad multiple times in one year. After seeing an exercise physiologist, a physio, and starting my degree in sport and exercise science, I’d never really fully considered just how important fitness was. After understanding how exercise affects the body and one’s mental health, I’m such a huge advocate for fitness.

I’m a big mental health advocate as well, and fitness is a truly underrated way to be a better, healthier person. What I want to do with my life is to help people achieve their best self.

Pet Peeve in the Gym:

Not only when people don’t rerack their weights or put them out of order, but also when people underestimate their strength.

Favourite Training:

DEADLIFT! My favourite exercise of all time!

I really enjoy training glutes as well, getting them nice and strong as a base foundation. The stronger the glutes, the less likely I am to be injured!
