Level 4 Coach, Specialist Coach in Pitching/Catching

My interest in fitness steamed from my passion of sport – in particular Softball as a player & coach for 35yrs.  Through sport, I became a gym junkie so as to always remain on top of my game and loved the feeling of challenging myself both physically & mentally.

I became Head Coach of South West Sydney Academy of Sport  Softball program for 8 yrs.   The demand on athletes to perform at a high level week in & week out for 9 months of the year inspired me to compliment my coaching skills with Cert.III in Fitness, in order to be able to intergrate skills of softball & fitness into my programs.  This has lead me to reap the benefits of keeping active & healthy and assisting others running boot camps, weight training programs and having fun with fitness.

My greatest achievement to date is being part of the journey of my many athletes to National/Australian level, through my skills teaching & fitness knowledge to enable them to grow & continue in their sport at high level.
